Dear Dennis, I see so much negative interaction with young people who have an extreme level of ignorance when it comes to interacting with police that I think PraegerU has a great opportunity to make short little vignette videos with someone like Officer Tatum to educate the general public. Like a basic traffic stop, when can an officer ask for an ID
And when you must comply to an officer’s instructions. Simple ignorance is leading to bad interactions with horrible consequences for the same young people

No, I do not trust the government to define misinformation, so, we must define it for them. Yes, I would like to see government, the justice system do something to stop scams, particularly targeting the elderly, and, preditors attempting to lure children. Obviously, legitimate verbal threats should be investigated, as well as slander, defimation, etc.... Deceptive marketing should be controlled and so should propaganda by MSM and Big Tech, such as Hunter Biden's laptop being Russian misinformation, particularly since now Hunter is being presecuted over information on that laptop. But beyond handling these few scenarios, which we have laws for already, government should not be sensoring anything. As annoying as flat earthers are they have the constitutional right to make fools of themselves conveying their theories and related nonsense.

Right, there's no exception to Amendment 1 even when the speech is false. But nor is there an exception when the speech calls for violence! Read it! How can anyone miss the abundantly obvious fact that no such exception is there?!
Of course, we are responsible for whatever we choose to say. If what say causes someone to be hurt, we can expect to be held responsible. But the FedGov has NO right to stop us saying it in the first place.
Its current, blatant failure to obey this restriction means that it's no longer willing to abide by the only Charter that gives it any right to exist. Therefore, it should cease to exist.
Why didn't Dennis point out that equally obvious consequence?
