You guys did no reasearch. The problem is not the tax or gun charge. The "provisions within the diversion agreement" that the judge thought was unconstitutional had to do with blanket immunity for future charges. Which is unheard of since he's still under investigation for his foreign influence business. The DOJ and the defense conspired to put the blanket immunity in the diversion agreement instead of the plea agreement which the judge questioned as it has never been done before. The reason being is that the diversion agreement doesn't require a judge to sign off on (plea agreement does). Again, the late taxes and gun charge are red herrings that nobody is concerned about. The "sweetheart" portion of the deal is the blanket immunity it would have given him for more serious crimes.

There are already multiple whistleblowers from the IRS and from people defamed as 'foreign agents' that have indicated that the deck was stacked to give Hunter leniency. And the plea agreement that the judge found unconstitutional - why do you think that happened? Because they tried to give him immunity to ALL possible future charges. Yes, including the corruption charges relating to taking bribes from China and such. They tried to sneak that in and the judge noticed it.

Asking the DOJ if there was ever a precedence for the pretrial diversion program (never done) - this should tell you that the DOJ and Hunter Biden's lawyers both had a hush hush under the table deal for future immunity for any other potential federal crimes to "prevent any future DOJ attacks against Hunter."
Also important to mention - the day prior to, a Hunter Biden lawyer called the Judge's clerk and tried to remove from the docket something that was filed as an Amicus brief. I am sure this is what pissed off the judge and really caused all of this to happen.
