Wow! That's very clearly racist. Check out Chase Oliver. His take on this one shows that people are not entirely defined by a political party label. This does not represent the whole of the Libertarian party... coming from a libertarian minded person who feels that all "income" tax is theft. I say income tax because I understand the need for tax, and I support a consumption tax. I support a consumption tax because it still serves the function of eliminating the free rider affect while also allowing for taxation that has a degree of consumer choice involved. Aka: If you drive a car m, the roads are paid for by taxes that you pay on your vehicle, etc. etc. For things that benefit everyone, that would be covered by a basic consumer tax on all goods. This is also tax that cannot easily be avoided. You buy goods, you pay taxes. Thus, less need for the IRS involvement in each individual's life. Thus far, Chase Oliver has my vote. Check him out!

For all the complaining Libertarians do about taxation, they sure don't want anything in return for what they pay.
Libertarianism would make military service compulsory, consisting of convicted felons and conscripts (no volunteers, nothing is free in libertarianism)... you need taxes to pay for a standing army, and no taxes means no armed services (of course, libertarianism would institute private armies&mercenary forces, in lieu of national or state armed services. because they hate the troops... see how that worked out for Putin).
Libertarians are the ultimate feels over facts ideology: they have a sense of how they want things to be like, but can't actually define or specify *any* of the mechanisms by which those functions are carried out.

When Turner declared that medicine should be free, this, without clarification, she was saying something like this:
_"The people who spend billions of dollars and decades of life to produce medicine, should be forced to do it without pay."_
That is slavery. To underscore this fact the Libertarian responded that food should be free. He simply pointed out that where food exists, a laborer was involved in producing it, and that like the producers of medicine in Turner's world, he would be forced to produce food for free.
Turner then deployed a sleight-of-hand trick, changing her declaration to one where people are said to pay taxes to distribute the cost of medicine across a larger number of people. But in this case medicine would not be free. The Libertarian could easily deploy the same dishonor as Turner, saying that he only meant that we should all pay taxes so that the laborer is paid by the government.
There was no racism here. The Libertarian artfully revealed the lunacy and dishonor of the progressive position on medicine.
