Very accurate point.
@Herring.is.Caring Says:
At this point, we should be turning in resumes without pronouns and without names. Research has shown that employers are prone to discriminating against pronouns associated with certain genders and names associated with certain ethnic backgrounds. If we established a “blind resume” system, the employers find out who they hired when they hire that person based on that person’s qualifications. We can end employment discrimination by foregoing names and pronouns in this way.

This is a result of schools and media pushing pride in sexuality. They think the world NEEDS to know.

f I owned a business, I'd definitely have a pronouns box on the job form ... And ALL the non male female applicants are IMMEDIATELY getting launched, including the ones who aren't bellends, but do it because they think they have to. Wheat / chaff !!!
@henrygonzalez360 Says:

@1SGDolorBelli Says:
I'll tell you right now, if you send me a "They/Them" resume, it goes straight to file 13. Talk about jumping out of a plane without a parachute.
@DTeichman Says:
Possible problems? No, guaranteed problems.
@RandallCox-c7u Says:
Not if you apply within the City of Greensboro nc, literally anywhere. Liberal wackado city of radical ideology, unless you're straight and more importantly white. Even the white people there hate themselves. You can't make it up.

@Robbie09 Says:
No, PLEASE let them put their pronouns on their resume. It will help in which resumes to toss in the waste bins and which to take seriously.
@BlakDragon-gt6sd Says:
I wouldn't hire anyone who uses pronouns. I have to think about safety of my workers first.
@AnAZPatriot Says:
Because only 1 person in the first person is applying for the job. Not multiple people or someone in the third person. Words matter, and if someone is dumb enough to do this, they're dumb enough to be vertical filed.
@mrs.garcia6978 Says:
They don’t want to hire mentally ill people who have no coping skills and an authoritarian streak, imagine that!
@stevenjmay44 Says:
My pronouns are Chim/Pan/Zee. But you can just call me daddy.
@beccak8166 Says:

@Green-Andy Says:
If I a employer I wouldn't hire they/them either. I avoid these type of people cause I don't want to walk in eggshells
@rockyroad3130 Says:
I’m in favor of them putting their pronouns on their resumes. It’s a very clear sign of who I should not hire to avoid future headaches.
@novaguy509 Says:
Ya. And chances are it’s going to be obese with green or blue hair, and fishing tackle piercing it’s face.
@Hannodb1961 Says:
They are not being "overlooked", they are being avoided by the plague. And please dont discourage woke people to flag themselves as woke. Its useful information.

@kangarooninja2594 Says:
Anyone who needs that much attention and validation will be an absolute nightmare to work with. We should start uploading those kinds of resumes to a database constructed to help us avoid the crazies.
@thunderoflight Says:
- Puts Pronouns on Resume - Employers knows that the interviewee might become a social issue in the company - the still jobless interviewee starts bickering online - the interviewee exposes itself to be a social issue
@Slova99 Says:
I disagree…PLEASE DO put your personal pronouns on your resume so you morons are easily identifiable.
@tuko99xtheugly56 Says:
Pronouns = toxicity
@MagdalenMcGarrigle Says:
Of course this is the result. They can’t possibly think they can forcibly change a society the way they wanted. It’s all a ploy to keep us fighting amongst ourselves so they do what they want with their not so hidden agenda.
@kimch8486 Says:
If you identify as “they” “them” stay the f@c5 away from me.
@lanadecker8800 Says:
My pronouns are not relevant to the work I do or problems I solve. And I'm interviewing for a job to solve problems, not create more.
@zXDaishiXz Says:
I mean after what happened to bud and target why take the risk? It’s an immediate hostile work environment if someone is profoundly hurt merely over opposing opinions.

@jneumann5251 Says:
Any pronouns on a resume is a deal killer for me. It just means that someone is going to say something wrong and it’s going to take my time and effort to fix. I’m not interested.
@Berelore Says:
I'm an employer, and anyone that puts pronouns on a resume is huge red flag and is instantly goes in the trash. Doesn't matter if it's he/him, she/her, it/they or whatever they've come up with.
@im7224 Says:

@aliceallen1792 Says:
Let them put it on so they can be weeded out. I will never hire someone that uses them. I agree with the speaker.
