My wife is on the PTO at the elementary that my son went to. He's finishing his sophomore year in high school. He also does online school because our local high school has issues. We're friends with several county commissioners, aldermen, the former mayor, the DA and a judge.

Wait, before you start complaining about the schools and the teachers you need to spend a day or two in the school volunteering and then go complain to the school board about what's going on but a lot of the fault would what's going on are the parents and letting their kids not be accountable for anything. I'm a substitute teacher and it just amazes me. You surprise me Candace. I have no problem with you going to the school board meeting but visiting the principal isn't solving any problems. Jumping into the principal's office doesn't solve a whole lot. You need to get on the school board local and the state level is a lot of stuff goes on there in terms of testing and other requirements
