"A Florida couple's wedding vows have captured the attention of TikTok after a groom's speech shocked his mother and appalled many online.
But the bride is standing by her new husband.
A wedding videographer for the couple, who live in Tampa, shared the speech on his TikTok, captioned, 'You're not gonna believe what he said in his vows.'
The groom, Michael Lentini, started his speech by saying, 'there are only two things required to keep me happy,' and continued with a string of sexual remarks, suggestions for cooking improvements and comparisons to celebrity Margot Robbie."

Honestly, it really doesn't matter whether or not their dynamic is healthy or whether or not this kind of joking is appropriate for them within their relationship. Do I get it? No. Would I ever want my soon to be husband to say this to me on our wedding day? FUCK no.
I don't know their relationship and it's not about passing judgement on that. What does bother me is more about how this is the absolute worst place to have this kind of humor. Why would you talk about someone's daughter like that in front of them on this occasion? Why would you talk about the mother of your children like that on a day like this? Maybe everyone there was in on the joke, I don't know, if so, that's weird-- but it's not my wedding at the end of the day.
I will say, though, that the langauge they had in both of their vows were not lost on me. Whereas he was saying she was good at making the decision to marry him and pointed out several of her flaws in a humourous way (humorous to them at least) she was constantly putting herself down, saying how lucky she was to be picked etc.
Like I said though, I don't know them and you can't at all glean any real information about what their relationship is actually like and everyone has different boudaries, wants, needs etc. These are just my thoughts and obervations 🤷♀

I know people who are rude, crude and their whole family grandparents, parents kids pretty much the same-outwardly. Not my cup of tea and opposite of me. But they are highly loyal to each other, love and argue with equal measure, push one another to get educated and succeed and further their careers and hobbies. They cry and hurt for others they hear going thru hardships, donate time and money etc. It's confusing to me-but there are may people who are much more than what meets the eye They still love, commit and strengthen bonds as they see fit.
