I am not a Joe Biden fan and I generally like John Kennedy, but very few lawyers could answer questions like that. In many constitutional law classes you don't even read the Constitution. You just read cases about it. It says nothing about a lawyer or judge's ability that he/she does not know constitutional citations. Mr. Kennedy's time would have been better spent asking substantive questions instead of playing gotcha. I'm confident Biden nominees are unqualified on many other grounds.

If a judge that says they have not encountered a Brady violation at any time during a 4-year term on the bench is either lying or has not been doing much of anything regarding jurisprudence.
