I think the better question is why aren't the democrats bringing up that trump requested social security and medicare be cut his first year in office. His first presidential budget called for massive cuts for both.
The answer to that of course is that if they call out trump for requesting social security be cut then he will just counter that BIDEN wanted social security cut too in the 80's and 90's.
