I am pretty obese but I"ve gone down from a size 60 to a size 54 (tight fit tho) all because I cut out a single meal and even reduced to just 1 meal a day and maybe a snack later on, I can't excursive much due to my injuries and disability and truely just eating less has done wonders in a short time. it's all about taking in less.

Dude... fat acceptance speaker dead at 34. That's just 1 year more than me. This is terrifying. The idea that anyone in my family could feed themselves to death and I'm about to outlive them, just because I'm able to moderate the type and amount of food I put in my mouth. Imagine you go to a doctor at 33 and they tell you "Sorry mate, you're obese, you got 1 year to live" and your response is like "Idk what you mean, I'm beautiful!". And then one year later your heart gives in, your arteries clog and you drop dead.
