With the twitch streamer thing, they set up what was supposed to be a pit and didn’t tell anyone that it wasn’t an actual dug out pit or an actual pit set up. They’re being sued for endangerment. Those pits are supposed to be at minimum like 8ft deep and you can walk on them even though it is difficult.
