However, when Lichtman defends his decision for which candidate earns a particular key, it should not be apparent from his answer who the candidate is that he personally likes. Otherwise, the way he's interpreting the keys is clearly biased. He says the keys are based in rational thinking, but ironically he biases the keys in an irrational way towards his preferred candidate. You can tell in two seconds which candidate he favors, which then colors his interpretation of how the keys are turned.
