Even if it seems nearly 100% no doubt someone is guilty, there are so often corrupt police. Jeneane Nicarico was a little girl stolen from her home in Naperville Illinois. She was brutally raped and murdered. Rolando Cruz was found guilty and was nearly killed. Another man, Brian Dugan admitted to doing it, described the inside of her house, had applied for a job a block away. They still almost killed Cruz. The police had tampered with, and planted evidence.
