It's because of the welfare system and the fact that the government basically destroyed family values during the 80s and the 90s by pushing out the father's so that the mothers could get on welfare in the first place. That is the first breakdown. The second breakdown is the fact that we have poverty and most jobs and even landlords put you in a situation where you would never be able to buy a house or really generate your own wealth because 90% of your income goes back into your rental so you end up with no hope of any kind of future or leaving anything for your family when you pass away.
