Without realizing that their is a better way but in the hood it's hard to see because these Rich Democratic elites fill the corners after corner with bar's and burned down house's gasoline stations filled with cigarettes & booze but nothing clean nothing new nobody to look up to. After you’ve assessed the results of desegregation you realize it was the worse thing to happen to black families and our economic power as a community. Anyone with a brain knows this. The problem is the culture is so entrenched in being as immature and stagnant as possible that men( the ordained leaders of the home) will never gather themselves enough to truly make the sacrifices needed to correct this fractured system/ideology in the community now. Starting with making a conscious effort to keep your black family together no matter how unique it is or what struggles you face. Everyone should be functioning like they are all on the same team. Period. And we have to raise our children to be that way too. Each generation living family economics and moving the whole family further away from poverty and instability. I believe this should actually be a class taught right in high school. Where we teach them about healthy relationships and courting and the legal, economical and stability marriage lends to your life. Get these teens excited and active about finding their life partners young and getting their credit scores together so they can start building together as a young couple. And the older generation like us need to be taught how to ralley around our children’s relationships in a positive way even if we ourselves are single. The jealousy and denial has to be confronted so our sons and daughters don’t suffer the same fate as our generation now when it comes to marriage statistics and our economic standing in this country. We could learn something from Asian and African immigrants and how they move when they come here. How are they building wealth in their communities: through family ties. My husband had a hard life. He’s worked two jobs his whole life and he’s black And like I said with all these different things and we have a biracial family all my family is biracial, black and white and we had a hard way to go, but we’re not sitting home doing drugs and not taking care of our kids. We work very hard and I grew up on the streets. He had no mother father died. He was 14 did not have a mother and father they gave me away me and my husband had a very hard hard life. We had no family not one person helped us and we have been on the street but we brought our self up. We got jobs little jobs that would hire us and we saved our money and we would rent a house and then we bought a house, but we always worked very hard no matter how people treated us, we worked hard and children work hard. We don’t use their color race. We don’t pull that we live by the choices that we make with God all things are possible and believe me. I’m where I am today and my husband because we worked hard and did not try to blame anybody for Our, lack of intelligence if you want you know, so when does it everP when do the blacks stop blaming the whites or the government or other people blame your parents blame your parents. The ones that’s sitting on the corner or selling drugs or whatever and kids in the house eat food out of the trashcan that they had gourmet the night before and didn’t even feed her kids. Trust me I’ve seen it all and choices that we make. At least that says God says that we live by the choices that we make, and we do People need to stop passing the buck that goes through white people too said no welfare doing nothing and about this and whining about that. Get off your butt get a job. Save your money. Don’t blow your money payday. Save your money and buy house by car buy food for your kids buy your kids, shoes and coats.
