On voting day you take the ID card show it to an official who checks your name off the national info list and then you go behind a voting booth, vote and place your slip into a box depending on your electorate area that you live in. No one else comes into contact with your vote slip until it's counted manually at the end of the voting day. I have voted and I have also been a vote counter it is a fair and just system.
