Yeah some got there in the end some weren’t even identified as not competent because they said yes they understood, and some worked out great once they got there .. a position of safety we would have got there way sooner just employing our own trained nurses rather than let them go to uk, Australia, USA , Saudi .. they all took our highly trained nurses while we took qualified nurses from other countries that weren’t worth half of our own .. our own cried tears while being rejected, feeling worthless and degraded and our staff working the service were left with eminence pressure working 2/3 peoples work trying to keep patients safe and forever facing derogatory remakes taking the blame for the imports abs staff shortages.. there are plenty of Irish trained nurses to the proper standard not getting jobs!
