Look at Robert Kennedy he's athletic he's quite a bit younger than you but for a 70 year old man he's an excellent condition, probably in better condition than most American men. When people see him they just are astounded how physically and shape he is how vibrant he is how he moves so gracefully and that shows that his joints are not tight how muscular he looks. SO I THINK IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA FOR YOU TO START A DEPARTMENT THAT FOCUSES ON A PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND A PHYSICAL HEALTHINESS AND STRENGTH. SOMEONE THAT WOULD LEAD THE COUNTRY CITIZENS PHYSICALLY WORKING OUT FROM ALL AGES FROM ONE TO 1 YEARS OLD TO 100 YEARS OLD. UNFORTUNATELY THE USA HAS BECOME A FAT AND OBESE NATION AND AT LEAST 30% OF THE YOUNGEST GENERATION IS BAD OR OBESE PEOPLE ARE NOT ACTIVE ENOUGH PEOPLE OR NOT THEIR BODIES. AMERICANS ARE OUT OF SHAPE. So I don't know the people around you that are suppos to be taking care of you , they're NOT taking care of your body . You look at Vladimir Putin Putin and well he's much younger than you he's only 72 but he's in Tip-Top shape physically he's in better condition than most 30-year-old men are. Because that is very important that a leader is in good condition physically and also that he knows martial arts that he knows how to protect himself which I do do believe a Vladimir Putin does know martial arts. Another thing I love about Vladimir Putin is when he meets a females of other nations he brings flowers 🌺 women just that 😊 I know you like to play golf the golf is Not enough , you need to work all the muscles in your body you need to stretch all the joints and muscles in your body everyday. Play golf a lot better if you've gotten better shape physically. You need strength resistance, and we have Americans Chuck Norris Steve mcgall and others who are Marshall Art's experts who could teach you martial arts. Martial arts are very good to know for your own personal defense, it would also be wise to have all your children and grandchildren need to be taught martial arts from 3 years old, males and females they need to be able to defend themselves. PlEASE It's NOT wise to just depend on security and selective service you and your family members your wife and all your children and grandchildren need to be able to defend themselves in martial arts is an excellent way to defend themselves. You need to have a physical workout program with weight restance, you need a personal trainer that's going to get you into tip top of physical shape. You may consider contact Chuck Norris he's much older than you and he's in his 80s and he was in the USA Air Force and he's a martial arts teacher and he can actually teach you martial arts, your body fat should be kept at below 15 % as a male and in your 70s. You have to make sure you're getting the vitamins minerals essential amino acids every single day I'm sure Robert Kennedy Junior could tell you about this and create a supplement regimen for you and your family I don't know why Mr Donald John Trump but you're getting better looking 😊 as you age, your face is just getting more handsome every year, I was wondering if you had a secret to getting better looking and if you would tell me that secret, Please compare your pictures all the way back from your 20s and you're better looking now. But seems like you're out of shape physically when you're at a rally you should be able to dance and not be so stiff. You can just lay on the floor on your back and move your arms and legs and all kinds of positions and stretch.
