The fact, Fact that no one is required to have a "Drivers" license unless you use the roads for commercial purposes, ie- trucks, taxi and idiot ubber drivers, the basic person going to and from work or even traveling in Canada does Not require a license at all!!! They as in the government is ripping everyone off!!
