So Cenks argument is that creating a rule that says you cannot create an investment fund that excludes investing in firms that use fossil fuels in their production chain is equivocal to creating a rule that doesn't allow you to invest in firms that don't use fossil fuels, which is a rather profoundly stupid argument since those things are not equivocal at all. It's honestly quite magnificent that such a severely self-assured man is utterly incapable of comprehending why a rule that says you cannot create an investment fund that excludes investing in firms that use fossil fuels is good for our nation. Essentially, if you allow foreign or domestic investment firms to gatekeep investment capital behind rules that inherently slow or otherwise attenuate the maximum possible production output of the company they are investing in, then painfully obviously, you will slow or otherwise attenuate that company's maximum possible production output. Legitimately, anyone who has passed even the most rudimentary economics class ever in their life sees how obvious this is... Let's say your company makes video games, and your investor tells you that you can't hire based on who would make the best video game, but instead, you have to make sure that the people you hire check some demographic boxes. In an effort to keep your company going, you will submit to the demands of the investors, which will result in you producing an inferior product, that will endanger the company and, thus, the livelihood of everyone working at that company because nobody will buy your game. Anyone who has invested in the video game industry can tell you this is a story that has been shutting down piles of dozens of video game studios in the last several years. Not everybody plays video games, so let's look at something people can relate to a little better. Let's say your company makes food and you need some money, but that same investor from earlier says you must not use fossil fuels to make your products. In an effort to keep your company going, you will submit to the demands of the investors, which will result in you producing the same product less efficiently, which means that your cost to make the product will go up, and since there is very little margin on food that means that you have to raise the price of the food you sell. So you end up with the current situation that all of us, including all of Cenk's listeners, deal with when we buy groceries. Which is the main reason groceries are so expensive. Kamala would tell you that we will just put price ceilings on the groceries to combat this, but Kamala telling you that you can't sell your product above a specific price doesn't affect how efficiently you make that product, so people consume your product faster than you can make more of it. Since Kamala will do that to you and all the other people making food, it will result in our country literally eating up all the food faster than we can make food, which means the poor people will lose access to any and all types of food, this is called creating a "food desert". Ultimately, this all boils down to people like Cenk saying that he feels that creating policies that result in Americans not being able to afford food and mass-producing food deserts in the poorest communities in our nation is totally worth to him because Cenk and people like Cenk being able to tell their friends at parties that they are morally superior because they only invests in these woke investment firms is infinitely more important than the suffering and starvation of all of our fellow Americans.

Fluffykins was a great cat. Maybe the greatest cat. He was Grandmas pride and joy, yes he was. I took one look at Fluffykins and I said, wow, what a great cat. Everyone said just how great a cat he was, that's what everyone tells me. A strong and noble cat. He caught mice quickly and fastly. All he wanted to do was to spend his days exploring and catching mice and maybe even get scratched under the chin by grandma from time to time. But Fluffykins is Fluffy no more. Snatched away in the night by immigrants he's been skinned and chopped up and his bones will be used for voodoo. This would have never happened under my administration

I am so tired of planned obsolescence then everyone could be happy, these sily people are going to plan us out of existence, just because they can.

Lobbyists already have the run of Congress, which in the first place passes the fundamental law of which regulatory agencies are tasked with implementation in finer detail. It seems rather to the point β not the only point, but a part of it β of delegating the latter, that deliberation is in a context _already defined_ by legislation, a matter rather of impartial referees instead of interested parties. Introducing special interests as a taxpayer funded institution is more brazenly invidious than would be more subtle means of giving them influence. What it shows is sheer *_contempt_* for the public, an attitude so dismissive as no longer to reckon it worthwhile even to _pretend_ that we are the government. I note that this started within the firms themselves. A bygone generation of corporate managers made a show of treating the widow holding her few shares with the respect due an owner. That politesse seems to have been abandoned in the 1980s.

a little help? I replied to my 9th MI Congresswoman as her and her tribe vacated and thus sent the record of the 118th Congress in stone. She did reply but I need a poiitik skilled interpreter? Thank you for contacting me regarding your views on my performance as your representative. I appreciate hearing from you. It is the honor of my life to represent the good people of the 9th district in the U.S. House of Representatives. The trust that has been placed in me to faithfully represent my fellow Michiganders is humbling. I will always work diligently to ensure our taxes remain low, our businesses are allowed to thrive, and our government is respectful and diligent with your taxpayer dollars. I recognize that I represent a community with a wide range of backgrounds, views, and interests. At times this can lead a constituent to disagree with a view I hold, a bill I introduce, or a vote I take. Rest assured, that I never arrive at a decision lightly and I always try to balance the views of my individual constituents with the entirety of the community. Again, thank you for reaching out. Although we may not always hold the same opinions on issues, I will always welcome and value your input. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future on any other questions or comments you or your family might have. Sincerely,
