The backpay they recieve for children not born in Canada. For example a couple enters Canada with a 5 year old child. Not born here. Upon geting landed status or becoming Canadian, puting in claims for Child Tax Credit and recieving thousands of taxpayer dollars wrongfully. That should only kick in once an actual citizen. I have heard people talking about purchasing homes and expensive vehicles with this money.
