I think society should be allowed to have legistlation that encourages things that are good for society and discourages things that are bad. If he doesn’t want to be a father, the decision is hers based on whether or not she wants an abortion. If she decides to keep the baby and he doesn’t want to be a father, he’s stuck regardless. Where is the equality in that? Paternity test at birth or a full ban on abortions.
