All the video actually shows is a douchebag busker who no one wanted to listen to drowning-out a protest against Israel's mass-slaughter of children ranting instead of answering a simple question from the protest MC who then chose to ignore him and carry on with the protest. There was no need for it to get physical. The small guy (probably a child) who jestured indicating that he was thinking about putting his foot on the busker's amp was out of line, but the rally marshal (the guy with the megaphone) can clearly be seen intercepting him. There was no need for the busker who was about 1.5x this kid's size to scruff and shove him. The tap on the shoulder with the flag-pole was just a response to his over-reaction. The big-beefy busker was the first one to use force.
