Nor can anyone force anyone to there rent and not buy drugs. Additionally, there are a tonne of O.H.I.P. run rehabilitation centers in Ontario. If you want to get to rehab you and only you can make it happen. Everyone in that encampment knows this. The blame game is there addiction justyfying using. Lindsay, Ontario built a 12 million dollar brand new building for addicts in a residential neighborhood. Giving addicts brand new condos. In 3 years the building has been destroyed and gaurds are now armed. All Lindsay did is open a legal red light district. I'm a recovering addict who doesn't mince words. Special treatment just enables addiction period. If I decide to blow my money on drugs I get evicted. Now they want to destroy us from within with new drugs, the same old action of destruction. Canada, USA.
