This bank is doing something pretty weird. My debit visa card expired May 2024. I called and had a new card sent to me and activated (3 times) the card but it won't work. So after a couple weeks, i got a person on the phone, and they couldn't help. So i agreed to have another card mailed to me. Again, I activated the card, again it wouldn't activate. I talked for over 2 hours and again the best they the RBC bank could do would be to send another card? No way I said. Now this card has the same #, all thats different is the exp date and security code on the back. So I believe the banks are doing this to me or people on purpose, probably under the direction of the government. I speak up against this gov and now I'm being harassed by this bank. Maybe other people are having some same problems? Rebal you need to report on this, people need to be aware this crap is going on.
