You can walk into any store and help yourself to the items and walk out. If the store owner calls the cops the police will shake a finger at you and warn you about doing it again. No wonder it's a crime seekers haven! Our cops are known for turning a blind eye, mainly because they are powerless. Oh and did I mention how horrible the people are?
