Society needs to understand criminals only understand one thing, equal force! It needs to be known, society won't put up with it anymore. Criminals will be severely punished so behave yourselves. Public sector - scrap everything that isn't essential services, roads, hospitals, bridges...etc No more long term welfare or childcare, society shouldn't be financially burdened for your financial shortcomings.
