And lastly, learn to eat like the guys. .. once it’s in your mouth THEN you blow it off.lol. Take the bite p, finish and if it’s hot breath in and out like your giving birth. Circle your lips like a whistle and it will bring faster stronger air feeling cooler. Like a thumb to a hose to get a harder stream. Just some tips that do not solve the problem but help ease it only a teeny bit more lol>>
