It is absolutely ridiculous how Bills are presented to congress, many containing hundreds, even thousands of pages making it quite difficult to review the contents, even more difficult to fully comprehend by most of our lawmakers. This is further compounded by short fused Bills, where time to review can be drastically shortened. Many lawmakers admit to passing bills they didn't fully read and comprehend. There NEEDS to be a LAW that REGULATES the SIZE AND CONTENT of ALL BILLS introduced to congress for ease of review and comprehension.
