I bet they didn't vote for her and might have switched just to spite her. The same thing will happen now, a chunk of Biden supporters will feel cheated and might not vote if someone else is forced in. What makes it worse for Democrats is there was no debate. Biden didn't debate with any other contenders so now voters won't know where the replacement will stand if elected.
