It never crossed my mind to have an abortion!! My son is now 27 in the USAF & is very successful, getting promotions faster than most!! Thankfully his dad has been there his entire life, we had a paternity test done when he was 2 months old but I knew he was the father!! After there was no doubt in his mind he was there & we still are good friends which has been a true blessing to our son!! It was extremely difficult to go through a high risk pregnancy & both by myself but I don’t regret it at all!!! I was not making good money so I had to live with my parents for a long time but Brittney had the financial means! I don’t hate her because she didn’t truly understand what it would do to her mental well being! Abortion isn’t a fix to any situation including rape situations because a child shouldn’t be killed for what a father does to their mom!!! If a woman says she would hate &/or resent the child needs to give it up for adoption or get therapy because that baby is part of her & not to blame!! I understand the life of the mother is at stake & there is no other option to save her life but it should be the very last resort!! We are so medically advanced that that situation is extremely rare! I feel adoption should not be such an expensive thing for people in the US because if they will be wonderful, loving parents that can give a child a good life & with no criminal record then that is all that should matters!!! Government funding should towards adoption center not abortion clinics!!!>> <<@bethswanson3332 says : I was a very good girl, very sheltered. I told my family alone, dealt with fallout, judgement etc. abortion was never on the table for me. I worked full time and took care of him full time alone. He’s the best gift God gave me. Hawk is now 18 now and amazing. We’re still as close as ever. It’s the hardest I’ve ever worked, and the most blessed I’ve ever been. He has changed minds and prejudices in my family by being born and how much he is loved. He’s here for a reason. God knew I was strong enough to handle this alone. I didn’t, but I knew he was mine and I’d die before letting any harm touch him.>>
