Two Bible Stories Come to mind which might apply to the present wars. It could be that these mass murders are for the same purpose as Pharaoh's intention to destroy the Deliverer, who was Moses. The second Bible story is King Herod's seeking to destroy the Messiah. The three wise men from the east traveled to Bethlehem after they had seen the Star which announced the birth of the Messiah. Herod ordered them to send word to him when they had found him, so that he could also worship. But really King Herod intended to kill the babe. And later ordered the slaughter of the male children of Hebrews. My suspicions are aroused that the same despicable purpose of destroy a great person is what is driving these causeless wars. I really suspect that they would actually do this, Even knowing that God would be displeased with such a ruthless scheme.
