The conflict will stop immediately if ukraine accept the deal. It will stop at the 4 ukraine regions and the rest of ukraine is spared. It also shows Russia has no intention of capturing the whole of ukraine and beyond which the collective west and EU has been lying all along that after ukraine, Russia will invade other EU countries. But ukraine and NATO outright reject the deal immediately. What does this tell u? It clearly shows Russia wants peace but elensky and NATO doesn't want the conflict to stop and continue to fight and make more people die. They are too passive when it comes to fighting. It’s like they weight to do anything until they have no choice but to have a full on war.
