Root cause is the race based policies. Take for example university, Uitm is only for Malays. No other races are allowed. What do you expect when students dont mix with other races. Even Malay College. Very low percentage of other races in government sector and GLCs. While the non Malays mostly end up in private sector with low Malay % except for Banks and listed co. This is not new, its more than 50 years. Definitely this is a major cause of polarisation. Its not sustainable for the country.
