In ukraine the Govt. advice the citizens to flee from danger areas to safe their lives, however in Gaza, the Hamas/govt. are the one who forced the Palestinian to hold back and be the martyrs to gain world sympathy while IDF/Israel requested/sent repeated warning or messages to evacuate before theu attack. This is the difference between an Islamic state and Secular Democratic/christian majority nation/governments
