As James Carville, the famous Democrat strategist famously said when running Bill Clinton’s presidential campaign, “It’s the economy, stupid!” At that time, George H Bush was president and wasn’t a very good one, so Clinton kicked his ass. Clinton was an above average president, he had his flaws that were unfortunately put on display several times, but his biggest flaw was mainly his wife. Hillary Clinton has never been popular and that’s why she lost in 2016. Hillary Clinton is why Donald Trump became President Trump. when I was your age, I was a Democrat, but overtime I realized both parties are full of sycophants who spew conjecture at alarming levels. The same thing always happens when we choose to be heavily partisan—we become blind to the failures, weaknesses and shortcomings of those we support. I was fortunate to have a mentor, who taught me both sides of the American political spectrum are corrupt. That’s just a fact. It’s not difficult to prove it. Take, for example, Joe Biden. You are incredibly fond of the old man, yet hey, highly doubt you’ve done in-depth research and discovered Joe Biden‘s many failures. Start with President Biden‘s first presidential bid in the 1988 election. I was far too young to care about politics back then, but it’s not hard to do a little research and find out why his campaign lasted only three months. Plagiarism. I don’t care what political party you’re affiliated with, anytime someone is proven to have plagiarized someone else’s work it’s not only embarrassing it speaks to their character. Now, will you reply by ripping into Donald Trump or can you man up and admit that it’s embarrassing that President Biden‘s first campaign only lasted three months because he was caught plagiarizing the words and work of quite a few of his contemporaries. What are your thoughts on President Biden having been caught plagiarizing the words and work of many others? Before you answer, even answering in your own mind, how would you treat President Trump if he was caught plagiarizing the work of others? We all have to challenge ourselves when it comes to judging those we support. If we can’t judge those we support with the same fervor we judge those we choose not to support, what does that say about our character? If we choose to be heavily partisan we weaken our ability to debate, because anytime we’re faced with the failures and/or weaknesses of those we choose to support we’re forced to face said failings head on without time to really consider whether or not the offenses are worth defending. You are obviously a huge fan of President Trump. He has very obvious deficiencies, yet he also has very obvious strengths. Strengths that most liberals refuse to consider. Ultimately, when you can’t consider the strengths of those running against the individual or party you’ve chosen to support, your arguments will lack substance. This often leads people to get desperate and launch ad hominem attacks. It’s so common, especially on social media. Anybody can claim anything, but proving it is something else. You make a lot of claims, but without evidence it’s just conjecture. Pointing out what you like about politician you’ve chosen to support will never convince fence sitters to consider your candidate. If we can’t convince fence sitters to consider a candidate or a party we support, it proves our position is weak. You seem to be easily impressed by words. A politician who’s been politicking for 50+ years should be able to throw out a few encouraging words. Biden didn’t do anything spectacular with that speech, I’d argue the opposite. It’s easy for a politician to wow his supporters, a politician is successful when they can gain ground with their detractors. That’s why Obama was so successful and Biden hasn’t been as successful. The economy sucks, Biden is old, he gets lost on stage, falls down all the time, mumbles through speeches, and doesn’t inspire people who aren’t sure about him. At the end of the day, it comes down to the economy, foreign policy and security. The border is a mess, so Biden isn’t doing well when it comes to security. He has us participating in a proxy war with Russia and financially involved with Israel. so he’s not doing well when it comes to foreign policy and that leaves the economy. You can claim the economies, good, but people know when the economy is good and when it’s not. It’s easy because you’re either spending or you’re not. Right now Americans aren’t spending Money. When Trump was in office, his strength was the economy. He plays strong to his base and that should be a weakness that Democrats can exploit, but Biden has actually turned it into a strength. Independence don’t trust Biden will get the job done. Most Americans think he has to be woken up at 3 PM from his afternoon nap. There’s photos of him napping on the beach, getting lost in the garden and then there’s President Biden’s definition of America in one word…🤦‍♂️ Biden‘s strength should be the Democrat party, and his relationship with Obama, but Obama doesn’t treat him in a respectful manner. He’s tried to make it look better in recent weeks, and he’s said kind words about President Biden, but anyone who’s worked with them knows President Obama can’t stand Biden. When we worked with President Obama on his campaign, especially as he became the front runner and then ultimately the party candidate, then Senator Obama’s feelings about then Senator Biden was quite clear. Just watch any video in recent times when President Biden and President Obama are in the same ring. You will notice President Biden is seeking President Obama‘s approval because it’s something he’s never gotten. Well, I look forward to your reply. I imagine you’ll offer the same conjecture you also your viewers, but I had to see what the YouTuber was slamming you for. it’s not like he was making it personal, he just obviously doesn’t hold you in higher regard. I’ve never heard of you until today so I didn’t care one way or another. Not that you care, but you come across is very young. And I don’t mean that in regards to how you look. Do more research. Learn more about those who offer your loyalties too.
