If someone didn't want their wife or husband knowing that they had an affair I'm sure that there would have been agreements made between the parties involved. It's still NONE of the GOVERNMENT'S BUSINESS. If it is does that mean that they'll be coming after everyone else that has had an affair and trying to prosecute them too. As far as I know there's no law against having an affair with someone, just a moral and Biblical law. But NOT a GOVERNMENT law.
