Dude pat is right on the money the satanic temple doesn’t worship satanic they’re a variation on atheist who use satanic symbols because you idiots will eat it up and give them free publicity. That being said if you don’t want this club if you think it’s horrible guess what you have to remove school sponsored prayer groups if there’s a Christian federation you have to throw that out Muslim clubs Jewish clubs pagan clubs and the only amount of religion represented in schools is strictly by students and not teachers and if you agree with that well welcome to the left

US, like UK is a Judeo Christian country. The only religions allowed at school should be Christianity or Judaism. Every other , BUT especially Islam, should have no place in the official school curriculum. These can ALL be taught at home. If people don't like that, sod off to a country that practices your religion

The LEFT have forsaken God. Hence with the Luciferians in positions of responsibility, tripe such as "After school Satan clubs" are getting pushed to impressionable youngsters.

Freedom of speech (as a law or rule) isn't in the bible. The so-called public schools have been administered to enforce that nobody questions authority. The so-called elites were given a different education, as they were to become the authority who were to remain unquestioned. The public education system has died on the watch of the Judeo-Christian folk. Churning out "factory workers" is what schools mean for the majority. Conforming can be fine - getting kids ready for careers and ethical behavior in society. Pushed too far, it becomes oppression and indoctrination by those who seek to control you. 'Lotta fearmongering by this presenter based on what appears to be "passing glance research" (perhaps from the seated position in the bathroom). Jumping around and circling around, to keep hitting on the fear-causing buzzwords. Extremists use fear to radicalize and assert control over others, just sayin'. "Truth" but the entire thing is biased in "it's my truth". Someone else's "truth" simply can't be the actual truth if it doesn't align with "my" belief of "truth". The word has lost a lot of meaning, it used to be an absolute fact, now it is according to any individual perspective. Nowadays, the more someone claims to know the "truth", the less likely that is the case. But yeah, IMO it's not an ideal name for the club because it is meant to get a rise out of the faithful and pious. The mission statement, however, is essentially Free Thinking - that when grounded in the actual scientific method, leads to rational outcomes.

The US is based on universal values. Judeo-Christian religions are too, to some extent. The onus is on the organization or people to adhere to the values (religions form *from* them), *not* the values adhering to the organization (as seen in most religions).

Legally, she is wrong on this one. It’s either allow all of the religious clubs or none. Unless you can find the legal argument as why the Satan club doesn’t fit into the same category as the other religious clubs, this is where we are. GET YOUR KIDS OUT OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS! What these people who are sowing this chaos don’t seem to understand is that they are bringing the demise of the public schools at an even faster speed than they were failing organically. That’s probably the opposite of their actual goal.

What the Satan club creed sounds like the dedication in Rules for Radicals. Check it out and what the author said why he dedicated his book to Satan. Sounds very similar.

<<@katrinaanon1038

My big question is who is the club sponsor? What teacher is guiding this course. Another question is are they allowing a black mass? Check and see what can occur at a black mass, and what will the school and police do if they hold a traditional black mass. If you haven't seen the movie Nefarious ( not the series, the movie) take rhe time to watch it. Also remember Satan is a deceiver. Remember the book, Rules for Radicals. In the book tge author claims his dedication is because he was not for any religion. Or was it? If you truly wanted to deceive someone that would be what you would say just to confuse people. It took me a little while to realize that the author likely wanted to dedicate his book to Satan and cleverly said that just fir that purpose.

Once you break the division of church and state by allowing religious organizations to recruit children for their clubs on a public school campus, you open yourself up to the religions that disgust you. This club wasn’t started by a satan worshiper, just a mom who was pissed off that her kid came home with a flyer for the Christian club. It’s tit for tat, they’re using the rules you pushed for against you. I’m a parent, and I don’t like this shit either, but, if you push against getting rid of prayer in school, you can’t then complain when it opens up this Pandora’s box. You sound very upset with the school district, but their hands are tied unless all religious organizations are expelled from campus.

Sorry, what's the issue here? If you can have one type of religious after school club you can have others, right? That's how freedom of religion works in this country. Now, if you want to shut it down, that's great. But it works both ways. You could be shut down, too. But let's be honest. You don't believe in freedom of religion. You believe YOU should have rights while everyone else shouldn't. You're as anti-American as they get.

Freedom OF religion includes other people's religions as well. Equal access means....equal access. If schools allow any outside group in, they have to allow them all- because it is a government funded and run institution, it can't play favorites; it's only choice is all or none. Has anyone looked at exactly what they are saying and teaching? It's really not terribly controversial- since the main point is to exercise that "equal access" thing, and it's completely voluntary on the part of the parents.
