Also, states can't impede on Federal elections Lastly, the BS insurrection label was January 6th, Biden wasn't "inaugurated" until January 22nd, and before noon, which means that Trump was still in office as POTUS, inauguratios are supposed to be after noon, making Biden an illegitimate POTUS. The "insurrection" without weapons BTW, would be against Trump. Doesn't make sense.>>
