The fact that the congress has not used its power to mandate information from any government position, because they are the political oversight committee that has the power to correct and make laws that protect the interests of the people when a legal authority is obstructing the process of their own affairs and have done it without any oversight of the government to ensure their integrity and accountability for the citizens they serve and their security and safety for the citizens! The fact that the representatives in congress have illegally used their authority to interfere with a state prosecution of a private citizen at the request of the private citizen to interfere and intimidate sovereign states rights. To the point that they were forcefully blocking the process of their judicial proceedings and violating the laws that separate the government and the states rights. And nobody has claimed that they have violated their constitutional obligations to provide fair and equitable treatment of the committee and they have control of. If the DOJ does not investigate and prosecute those who have violated their obligations to represent the public interest in good faith and integrity of their duties, then the justice department isn’t even providing security for their own government branch and allowing the checks and balances that they are required to enforce against any attempt to undermine the integrity of the government and compromise its integrity and reputation with the public! The DOJ should be prosecuting the congress members who are trying to undermine the president of the United States with disinformation and investigations that are not credible and attempting to discredit the DOJ on national television claiming that the government is suppressing information that is guaranteed to be valid and trustworthy information given to them by a claimant who has purported knowledge about private information of a private citizen that he took without a warrant or authorization from a government agency to obtain information. The whistleblower claims that he also has knowledge of a classified document in the case of criminal activity committed by a private citizen. The information was given to a political party party that was investigating the incident that was being pursued by the congressional judiciary committee and the intelligence was being withheld from the other committee members denying the ability to provide the official report was being withheld. Claiming the whistleblower had protection from prosecution, without any legal process that could even documented the alleged crimes. The republicans don’t have the power to unanimously approve a legislative investigation into the oppositions family and try to link the president to the crime. Without any positive evidence or proof beyond a reasonable doubt that would be utilized in starting a criminal probe into a private citizen and the president of the United States. The evidence that the republicans initially claimed that they were informed of by a private citizen that used to work for the fbi and obtained access to and witnessed agency corruption and the representatives just excepted the documents from an individual that had secretly removed classified documents from the government agency that is not authorized to disclose them publicly without consent from the agency supervisors or a judicial request. And it would have to keep the information confidential until the judge determines that it is appropriate to disclose. Congress accepted private information about a private citizen and could jeopardize the safety and security of the president of our nation if it is threatening or compromising the reassurance of our nation’s security interests and our leaders are not being blackmailed by a foreign enemy. But we don’t need a foreign government to undermine the interests and integrity of our nation’s government!! We have a corrupt political party that is destroying democracy for our enemies because they are not qualified to govern our nation.
