People leave their family to marry their (co worker spouse). It's divided families and cause more hurt than good ..... Also, about 65% of the time these random relationships and work spouses that do leave their significant other to be with their (work spouse) ends badly. Then they've compromised their family, original significant other and many times their actual job. Having support and friends at work but often work spouses are just cheating emotionally without saying it or someone is legitimately pursuing your partner. Friends or even best friends at work isn't a big deal but when people in monogamous relationships aren't acting like it issues arise. It's a weird line to toe in my head as soon as it's called a work spouse it's when you should question the dynamic if that's not already a conversation you've had with your partner. How much intimacy is "inappropriate" with someone other than your spouse. To be it simply, it's not a BFF at work.
