I was a consultant, I know dirty term. But when you can do the work of 3-4 people, well. Anyway, there are some great consultants out there, but regretfully the majority are not. Just people who think highly of themselves, and don't achieve results that others cannot. It's really weak of Amazon's executive management to even need consultants regarding unions. The easy thing to do, raise every employees wage by $20,000 A year, and Amazon can still make $14-15 Billion a year. The numbers are accurate.

Oh, it's a lot worse than that. Did you all know that outside of the Amazon Corporate Office, Bezos no longer hires anyone living in the US now for his call centers? True story. I just found out today speaking to their retention department, which appears to be in the UK. So, if there's a complicated issue involving your account, or with Subscribe & Save, and their employees get nervous and can't resolve the matter, and then their English pronunciation goes out the window, you can't be transferred to a US office as it doesn't exist. The same goes with remote workers. There are none working for their call center living in the US. And I'm not sure saving a few dollars each month is worth the aggravation and waste of time. You spend twice as long on the phone straining to understand their customer service agents. Bezos is too cheap, too greedy, and too stupid, and he simply does not deserve having Americans patronize his business. And I'm not patronizing Amazon just to keep his poorly paid warehouse workers employed. I'm locked in for April, but no more Amazon after this. I'm done!

If corporations like Amazon could spend 14 million dollars a year for union busting businesses you have to wonder why? Do they get better returns using these companies rather than paying their employees fair wages. Usually happy well paid workers work better and more consistently but companies like Amazon uses the divide and conquer theory. It seems that Amazon knows how exactly to destroy the employees chances to work together by giving some employees incentives to cause more division and more problems.

This is why Ana sane people keep telling you not to keep mindlessly dunking on others when you disagree with them either. Chickens come home to roost girl. And if someone calls you out on dumb takes, maybe educate yourself about it instead of mindlessly ploughing on with the same nonsense and whining about it on air yourself. That is how real progressives function. Like you seriously need to learn how economics works and you literally have ZERO idea what is happening right now or what has actually happened in the past 20 years. You continuing to pretend like Powell is a trumpist when he is a fave of obama camp, dodd frank architects and literally agrees with 95% of Yellen's policies (when Yellen was Fed head) is prime example of just how clueless you are and how willing to engage in tribal plitics to prove a biased point instead of logically and factually analysing something.
