I am disappointed that he went for propaganda instead of the truth. James is trying to force gain of function to the guy like some kind of magician trick. The guy corrected James that it is not gain of function. Then James came back multiple times with gain of function even after multiple corrections. Based on this it sounds like James is deliberately trying to push his gain of function agenda to deceive people that are not familiar with the topic. I am surprised that James is portraying himself as someone that doesn't know the difference between gain of function and directed evolution. If James is a biology illiterate he should have picked someone from his team that understands biology or go take biology classes so that he doesn't appear to the world as biology illiterate. If James is honest and want the truth, he should have interviewed couple employees from the same company to make sure he is getting the correct information that will be useful to people and also punish pfizer for bad behavior.
