He didn't do well against Biden, especially with older Black community, but Bernie was the correct answer to get them better results for the policy they want. Before Bernie, progressive policy didn't always poll well either. But they're right. Latinx is still a toss up. It's an attempt at altering language, along with Latinè, or Latin@ a few years back. It's not because people want something different. It's about women and non-binary folks feeling represented. Same way we changed fireman to firefighter and policeman to police officer. You gonna say "shut up, just go by policeman, most people just like it." I still hear people say policeman, and I'll just say "or police officer." Even though I want to defund the police. 🤷🏾 I don't like the ones who Cenk talks about who go over the top about policing those terms like a fascist. I never see it though, but don't want to discount Cenk who interacts with many more folks than I do. Cenk talks about arrogance, though, as he does no nuance on those left positions he critiques and dismisses.
