There's no such thing as a 29 hour flight. The longest, Singapore to NY, is about 19 hours.

I totally empathize with the guy on the plane, but I'm wondering if the child had problems equalizing pressure on their eardrums. I would think the flight attendants would know how to remedy the situation, so maybe there was something else going on here. There are so many unknown factors here that prevent an accurate reading of the situation.

If your child is not ready for a 29-hour flight you need not travel. Y'all refuse to be reasonable about how the rest of us want NOTHING to do with YOUR kid screaming for 5 or 50 mins, if we verging on an hour or hours 'm flushing you and them down that blue liquid hole, cause in the comments with some bullshit. I say that cause clearly y'all can't be relied upon to be considerate of others.

Are there actually any flights that are that long? Searching online shows on that's 19 hours. If he's willing to lie about that, maybe he's being less than ruthful about how long the child was acting up?

Uncomfortable, for anyone including the parents. But please, is a long flight. That kid and those parents are not having a good time either.

<<@justinjauernig8675

I have a huge headache just from the 20 seconds I heard the kid not just crying but screaming at the top of its lungs. Omg I would have had to go back there and see if I could somehow do what the parents couldn't. I mean why not maybe I could get the kid to laugh or something but unless it's getting skinned alive nothing warrants that much screaming for over 20 hours

There is something missing here. It does not take 29 hours of time in flight to get to Berlin. Please be accurate in your reporting. 29 hours of flight time will cover more than half the circumference of the Earth. This means the farthest place to Berlin, is less than 29 hours of flight away therefore someone is lying or exaggerating.

Does anyone remember being a kid on a plane? Like 8 or 9 years old? I remember the first time I was on a plane, there was so much pressure on my head and I sat near the engine, and it was so incredibly loud I couldn't hear for half the trip. My family would ask me questions and talk to me, but I literally couldn't understand them. I think this might be one of the reasons kids/babies cry. They can't articulate it because they don't have the awareness or social skills, but the air pressure of a plane has adults in mind, same with that loud ass engine if you sit next to an engine. Kids have more sensitive senses. It affects them more.

to compare my son to my dog is insane. The second my son was born a lot of love I had for my dog transferred to my son. So, this baby only acts like this on a plane? They knew how their child is, and could only expect this behavior while saying f u to everyone else. A baby who normally doesn’t scream all the time would’ve not had the endurance to continue for so long. That satan spawn would have went horse after the first few hours. A lot of times the pressure is tearing their ears apart parents it’s important to take your child for health exam primarily their ears before flying it’s painful for children if it’s hurts adults you can only imagine the pressure on a baby/toddler ears get suggestions from dr prior to your flight
