I don't like it though, as a person who went through years of domestic violence, which impacted my ability to think as i got stuck in survival mode, because he repeatedly threatened to kill me and physically beat me. I would have benefited greatly from a transition period out of that. The staff at our school virtue signaled all along, referring to her as "He" (me included). She graduated and had a mammectomy. She is now 24-years old. Six months ago she contacted me and informed that she is suicidal. She informed me that she came to the realization that she is not a man. She came to the realization that she is now a mutilated woman, and blames society (teachers and peers included) for her predicament. Due to her taking puberty blockers and testosterone, she is now infertile. She cannot give birth. She doesn't ovulate anymore. The trans-movement destroyed her womanhood. She is now suicidal. She realizes that the whole trans-movement is grooming youth. She is really angry at family and former staff for encouraging her attempted (always futile) transition. She asked me recently: "Why did you not tell me the truth? Why did you not try to stop me?" I replied: "If I tried to tell you how I really felt; that people are born xx and will die xx. People are born xy and die xy, I would have been fired". Nothing can change this. To those who say I am conflating sex and gender, I argue that the trans-community is in fact doing just that, claiming men can get pregnant and have periods; claiming that biological male athletes can compete against women "AS WOMEN!" I am for personal freedom. I am also for the inalterable fact of science.
